App terms

Purpose and operator

OMR Website Reviews is operated by OMR Detailing LLC to retrieve and display Google reviews for OMR Detailing's own business profile. The owner authorizes the connection. Customers are not asked to authorize access to their Google Accounts through this app.

Google authorization

Only an authorized OMR profile owner or manager may connect the business profile. The current implementation reads the configured business profile and reviews. The Google permission can include broader management actions, but this implementation does not publish replies, edit listings, create appointments, or process payments.

The owner may revoke access through Google Account connections and remove the app's server credentials. Google APIs and reviews remain subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Review display and availability

Reviews are attributed to Google and their public reviewers. The display may show a recent subset of text reviews; Google's overall rating and total count can include reviews that are not displayed. Review text is retained in full, with an expansion control for longer text. Displayed content may be temporarily cached as described in the privacy policy.

Google availability, authorization changes, and technical interruptions can affect the connection. If fresh Google content is unavailable, the website may show a recent permitted snapshot or its separately maintained, verified review excerpts.

Separate business services

These app terms describe the Google review connection. They do not set detailing prices, appointment requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, or payment conditions. Those are provided separately through OMR's booking and service communications.
