Privacy policy

This policy explains how OMR Detailing LLC handles information through OMR Website Reviews, its owner-authorized Google Business Profile review connection. It covers this connection and its information pages. Booking, payment, and inquiry systems are separate services.
Information the app accesses

How information is used and shared
Review content and Google's summary are used for the review display on the OMR website, including its private preview during setup. Visitors can see review text, public reviewer names and photos, ratings, and related attribution when reviews are displayed. Google serves reviewer images from its own image hosts and may receive the technical information needed to deliver those images.
Google provides authentication and Business Profile data. Cloudflare hosts the app's server, stores its temporary review cache and private runtime secrets, and processes technical request information to deliver and protect the service. These information pages contain no advertising trackers or customer Google sign-in form.
The app does not sell Google user data, share it with advertising platforms, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train AI models. Google authorization credentials are not sent to website visitors.
Storage and retention
Authorization credentials are kept in server-side secret configuration. Review content is stored as a replaceable snapshot, normally refreshed every four hours. A recent snapshot may remain visible during a Google outage, but cached API content is not retained beyond seven days. The app does not keep a historical review archive.
The owner can remove authorization credentials to disconnect future API access. Credentials are retained only while needed for the connection and until the owner removes them. Technical hosting logs are separate from the review cache and are handled by the hosting provider.
Control and removal requests
The authorizing owner can revoke the app through Google Account connections and remove its server credentials. To request removal of cached or displayed review information held by this app, contact info@omrdetailing.com. Removing a website copy does not delete the original review on Google; Google controls its review platform.
Google data requirements
OMR Website Reviews' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes and contact
If the app's Google data access or use changes, OMR will update these disclosures and obtain any required additional authorization before using data for a new purpose.
